TPSM83100: Can solder resist on the bottom of IC completely isolate?

Hi team,

1. What does this mark mean? My customer doesn't know what this mark mean. In my understanding, the electrodes on TPSM83100 are recessed 0.08mm.

2. Is the solder resist on the bottom of the IC completely isolated? If yes, could you please tell me the reason? We assume the dark green part in the figure below is solder resist.

For your first question, it means the maximum height deviation from seating plane is 0.08mm.

For your second question, i would like say solder resist on the bottom of IC are connected together, no isolation. yes, the dark green part is solder resist.
