TPS54561: issue with ULVO in higher temperatures

In one of my design I using TPS54561DPRT with "UVLO" protection. I using standard connection type like is recommended in datasheet (SLVSBO1G...page 18.).

It works fine in temperature range from -40°C to 50°C.

 

As soon as the chip temperature is higher than 50°C (±5°C), the "UVLO" function is not working.

It is used in design where required temperature range is from -40°C to 100°C.

 

Through measurements, I found that the current source located on the EN pin inside the chip supplies 2mA and more, which is much more than the mentioned 1.7uA.

I think "I1" doesn't work correctly.
