TPS61390: If any risk to choose a smaller inductance Inductor for TPS61390?

Part Number: TPS61390

dears,

my customer is designing with TPS61390 based on the below spec:

VIN = 3.3 V, VOUT ≤ 60 V,  IOUT ≤ 4 mA

due to the limitation of the height of the inductor, they want to choose a 2.2uH inductor (LQM21PN2R2MC0D, limit current is 0.6Arather than the recommended 4.7uH inductor according to the calculation. is it ok? if any risk to choose such a small inductor for this case?

in addition, what is the accurate definition of the Ilim used in the equation of the inductor calculation? does it mean the limit current of the TPS61390 or the limit current of the inductor? or the lower value of them?

thanks!
