TPS50601A-SP: Tantalum capacitors used in SEE characterization testing?

Part Number: TPS50601A-SP

Hello,

I am looking to re-create and simulate the TPS50601A-SP SETs in PSpice based on the schematics and waveforms provided in the SEE characterization report. What tantalum capacitors were used in the SEE testing on the device output?

For reference, I am citing the schematic in Figure 3 of the TPS50601A-SP SEE test report ("Figure 3. Schematic of the TPS50601ASPEVM Used During SEE Testing"). What type of tantalum capacitors were used for the C16 & C18 330uF output capacitors? I would like to include these Ta capacitor models in my PSpice schematic. It is important to understand the ESR and ESL of these Ta caps as they play a large role in the resulting SET simulations.

Thank you!
