TLV704: Looking for 6V with same pinout as TLV70450DBVT

Using TLV70450DBVR SOT-23-5 for 5V out at up to 150mA with 5.5-11V in. 

We are needing 6V out, and cannot find a part with pinout close to this. Pin 1=GND is an odd part. A lot of ths SOT-23-5 use pin 4 and 5 as input and output. 

1. Can you help us find a pin compatible part ? (I found TPS709B50 has same poinout, but there is no 6V part), TPS70960 has different pinout)

2. If not, can we use this as an adjustable to get 6V (like typically used on the LM7805)...

    Unfortunately, we don't have an option here if you want to keep the same pin out. We would recommend looking at our Adjustable options TLV709A01DBVR or TPS7A2401DBVR in standard SOT-23 pin outs.

    In other words, put a resistor (Rb) between pin 1 and GND, and another (Rt) between pin 3/output and pin 1 as a voltage divider, like on a LM317 or LM7805

    Vo = 5(1+Rt/Rb) - I mean we are going to try it anyways.. If so, is there any unforseeable issue with this plan ?

    I am checking with our systems engineer. This device is a fixed version and also the max. Vout rating is 5V, so that would be another issue too here.

    Please see below information from Systems engineer.

    Raising the local LDO ground by 1V using Rt. So technically, the LDO GND pin will see 1V as potential voltage. The voltage difference between LDO out pin and LDO gnd pin will be 5V. and Overall potential level and LDO out will be 6V w.r.t. to actual ground of the system. 

    But one different that we need to highlight is that the output equation will have an error related to the IQ of the LDO also. 

    So the Vout = 5(1+(Rt/Rb)) + Iq*Rt which can lead to variation in LDO output and accuracy spec can be violated.
