I have a question about the BQ25730 charge cycle handling. On the datasheet, section "8.4.1.2 Battery Charging:
When battery is full or battery is not in good condition to charge, host terminates charge by setting CHRG_INHIBIT bit to 1b, or
setting ChargeCurrent() to zero."
Does this mean that the charge cycle has to be terminated by host? If it does, how the host can tell when is the CV stages is completed?
By keep checking the charge current ADC reading?
If it will work like this, then the CC to CV stage transition need the host to involved?
