TPS53679: SN1701022 Vref pin not giving 1.7V as output

Hello Team,

I am using SN1701022 device. Vref pin (Pin 23) which is output of Internal Ldo is not giving proper output voltage which is expected to be 1.7V

We are getting 1.09V at Vref pin, what might be the reason?

Due to this, not getting correct value at ADDR pin, hence IC is also not detecting in Fusion Software.

    Hi Siddhi,

    If Vref is not coming as 1.7V then it implies that device hasn't booted up correctly or the device is damaged. Can you send us the information on the current that the device is drawing from the supply (Vcc). Also can you share the schematic connection of Vref pin and the device.
