TPSM82903: some clarification on start up behavior

Hello Team,

may I kindly ask you to confirm or correct my understanding, please:

As long as the Enable is low Vout is high impedance. After setting EN=high all pin-strapping settings are read. If "output discharge" has been activated by the strapping this setting is active until a new Enable=0 and Enable=1 occurs?

Hello Sir,

The output discharge feature is only active after the TPSM82903 has been enabled at least once since VIN was applied.

Only EN =0 and no Vin was applied cannot active output discharge function.

this is not the answer to my question.

What is the status of Vout when Vin=12V and Enable is low? Is Vout high impedance?

Hello Hans,

I agree with you.

Vin=12V and Enable=0, the device would be disable, so Vout is high impedance
VIN=high and Enable=high, after EN or VIN =0 occurs, the output discharge would be activated.
