LM7705: Automotive Equivalent

Part Number: LM7705

Hello,

LM7705 is a very commonly recommended device with op amps to get true swing to 0V on the output. I was looking for an equivalent automotive device and didn't see one. Is there a good similar or equivalent device to the LM7705 that is automotive grade?

    Hi Jerry,

    We do not have an Auto equivalent for LM7705.

    The Auto grade Charge Pump in our portfolio would be TPS6040x-Q1. However, this is an unregulated Charge Pump and the minimum negative voltage would be -1.8V with this Charge Pump.
