Which thermal resistance should be used to estimate the maximum junction temperature?

    Hi Huan,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Please refer to the below chart for junction temperature estimation. The thermal resistance value is related to PCB size, copper thickness, layout, etc, for your reference, the value 27.5C/W is the thermal resistance value of TI EVM.
