I am trying to use TPS62933 as inverter, input 12V, output -5V/3A, would you please help to review below circuit design is OK or not?

Actually, I need -5V and output current only 800mA ~ 1A

Hi Jerry,

EN is not recommend to directly connected with Vin. You can refer to a reference design www.ti.com/.../TIDA-050053 for more details about how to design EN level shifter circuit. For other curcuits, I am also reviewing now.

I had modified two of my TPS62933 circuit designs as below, Are circuits for +5V/1A and -5V/1A OK ?

Hi Jerry,

<1> For -5V/1A rail, please refer to below EN level shifter circuit. For inverting buck boost application, EN level shifter is needed as the device ground now is -Vout.

<2> You can also add a feedforward capacitor (in parallel with R4) in case you need to improve the loop response performance.
