TLC59401：TLC59401 can't control light up

Hi Chief,

Currently, I'm encountering an issue with the TLC59401 where I'm unable to light up the LEDs properly. Here's the current configuration of my circuit:

1. I'm using 11 TLC59401 ICs.
2. Each LED in my setup is arranged in a configuration of 3 series connected to 2 parallel LEDs, with the final sink connected to each IC's output. (Total of 168 output channels utilized)
