Please refer the datasheet equations and excel calculator for your design. Also consider using TINA model to verify your design.

Webench is not accurate method to verify your implementation.

Hi Harish,

I'm designing the converter for an output voltage of 24V. I also tried the design with slvc104j, but the values for some components (Rpl,Rcs,Lp) are not getting calculated in the excel calculator. When I tries with the datasheet equations, Rpl goes to negative value most the case. The excel sheet gave a fair design till 70W and then the same thing. Is there any constraints exist in terms of current and voltage (other than the maximum power limit 200W) for this IC?

There are no constraints other than what is specified in excel file. Please share a copy of the calculator which you have designed.
