Hi, I'm having a quite strange problem with an own design using TPS48110 IC. I have the following conditions:
-> VBAT applied, between 14 and 62V.
-> 100 Ohm load connected. We have tried with a 1 and 2 A load too.
-> EN_MOTOR is high (3.3V in INP).
-> Charge pump working (around 12V across CBDT).
->FLT_I is always high (pulled up).
-> No shortcircuits between MOSFETs pins.
-> No shortcircuits between IC pins.
-> Voltages at UVLO and OVLO are right: 1.841V and 426 mV respectively.
These are our schematics.
The issue is that after some seconds/minutes, MOSFETs stops being driven, going to high impedance state and loosing the voltage at the output (the conditions indicated above still being the same).
Can anybody tell us why?.
