Part Number: TPS281C30EVM
Despite the data sheet calling for the 'A' version of the chip, my board has the 'B' version. It took me quite a while to figure out why the current limit was so high. I had to get a power supply that would put out more than 3A in order to get the device to shut off at the high limit.
