The package size of this product we tested is not consistent with the datasheet. The datasheet is 1.49, but our measurement is 1.512

Could you please help to confirm why such an anomaly occurs? Is there a tolerance range

1.49mm is our maximum package size, It is guranteed from our side.

I am afraid there is some mearsurment mistake here, please confirm.

Hi Yingjiao,

I double check with our PE team, and i am afraid you are correct.

The size in DS is not correct and the actual size should be 1500±20um

I am afraid they are internal only, but we will modify the mistake in DS in further. Then you can see the correct size info from DS.
