LM25148: duty cycle

Hi Sir,

For the design condition: 12V-in, 12-Vout, 15A-Iout.

Does the LM25148 can support the duty cycle up to 99~100%?

If it can not, please advise the correct solution. Thanks!

Yes, it would be approximately 99%. There is a minimum off time to charge the boot cap. You will need to account for a voltage drop associated with the RDS of the HSFET and DCR of the inductor. That by the load current is the vdrop.
