i have designed the pcb using bq76pl536 to monitor 5 cells. we have made 5 board to test the circuit. the component used are as shown in the reference schematic in datasheet, but in local market we could get component to solder only 2 board which are working fine.
but for rest 3 board, we decided to use some equivalent of them. the list are

But all these above components are heating when battery is connected. i am not able to find the actual cause of heating in the 3 board soldered with alternate component.
can anyone please help.
