Take a look at the LM5143 (65V controller) or 2 x LM5148 (80V controller) for a 2-phase design at 25A/phase and ~200kHJz switching frequency. Alternatively, and particularly if the ambient temperature is high, consider going with 2 x LM5143 in a 4-phase implementation at 12.5A/phase, where the switching frequency may be increased to 400kHz given the lower current.
Take a look at the LM5143 and LM5148 product folders for more detail. The LM5143 product folder has an app note for a 4-phase design as well. Make sure to download the quickstart calculator to assist with the design.
