Hi,

May I know the HO1 highest voltage will be how much?

In 36V or 48V design, MOSFET Vgh= 20V is enough, right?

Hi, Jeff,

thanks for using the E2E forum.

HO1 will be max input voltage (including any overshoot or voltage peaks) + Vcc2 max (see datasheet - just now the nominal value is given, as this datasheet is preliminary, so for now you may take 6V)

please keep in mind that Vgh of the MOSFET is related to Gate - Drain.

So for Vgh you need to compare it with V HOx - SWx which is max Vcc2.

Hi Stefan,

So my understanding, the high side MOSFET Vgh 20V is enough because the Vgh on LM51772 application will be V HOx - SWx which is max Vcc2 =~6V, right?
