From the thermal team: Theta-JC values should not be affected by PCB copper thickness since they only include thermal resistances from the package

What exactly are you looking for with the thermal tool?

Just realized that we asked for the wrong value, do you know what would be the RJa curve for Copper thickness 35um, 6 Layer PCB?
