Hi, I'am desiging a paltform with bq27510. ¿Is it necessary use a filter for i2c bus like in EVM board (document SLUU327 in page 6)?

The RC filter circuit is not required for normal I2C communication. It was added for additional ESD robustness. You may not need it depending on you ESD requirements, board layout, etc.

Ok Thomas, If the i2c bus is not connected to an external connector, sensitive to problems EMI / ESD, it would not be necessary to use this filter, is not it?
