Hi team, customer want to know the relationship between temperature drift and driver current. and how big the influence is? could you give some suggestions?

Hi,

The device current only has a small effect on the temperature coefficient. The typical temperature drift only changes by 5ppm at 25C from 100uA to 10mA.

How big the influence is If the temperature is up to 105C?

Hello Jingguo,

At 105C use the full range temperature coefficient of 100ppm. You can calculate the total error with this equation. Use 80C (105C-25C) in the equation instead of 65C.
