TPS1H000-Q1: Abnormal activity of DELAY pin

Hi everyone,

I have the design and results as below.

- Runs in latch-off mode

- With T dl2 = 150ms

- Fault, Vout pin runs normally

But Delay pin operated abnormally so Current out abnormal too

Can you give me idea to resolve to Current out off normally

I don't see anything explicitly wrong with the schematic, however could you let me know what exactly is on the load during this test? Is it an actual load or something like an eLoad in constant current mode?

Hi Tim,

Thanks for answering my question.

I'm using eLoad in constant current mode with 1.5A.

Today, I try with Resistor and eLoad in CR mode. It gives right spec but not totally.

Can you tell me why?

Nhanh,

eLoads in constant current mode are notorious for this sort of behavior and introduce conditions into the system that are not possible/realistic when comparing to an actual real-world load. See the following E2E thread for more details:
