TLVM13660: What is the output noise Vrms?

Thank you for your question. By output noise do you mean conducted EMI? Or do you want to know the output voltage ripple?

Either way we can take this data on the EVM and provide these waveforms. If you want this data, please send over your input/output conditions (VIN, VOUT, Fsw, IOUT, etc.) and we would be happy to assist you.

I would like to know the data of both.

Please tell me how much output noise the following input/output conditions.

1) Vin＝12V, Vout=3.3V, Iout=4~6A, Fsw=500kHz

2)Vin=12V, Vout=1.5V, Iout=4~6A, Fsw=500kHz

I would appreciate it if you have some reference data.

No problem. I can get you these waveforms by the end of the week.

In terms of the conducted EMI data, there are some waveforms on page 24 of the datasheet that are taken at 12 VIN, 5 VOUT, 6A, and 1 MHz, if that works for you in the meantime.

Is the waveform measured at VIN = 24 V, VOUT = 5 V, IOUT = 6 A, FSW = 1 MHz?

The waveform of the noise measured for conduction EMI is below the CISPR32 class B line.

I understand that this indicates compliance CISPR32, is it okay?

Does this mean that you are satisified with the datasheet waveform? A note is that the EVM is delayed and may not arrive tomorrow and thus testing will be delayed.

I would like to know about the output noise of this device.

TPSM8291x had "Low output noise <20uVrms. So I am checking the TLVM13660 for the same data for comparison.

TPSM8291x 3-V to 17-V, 2-A/3-A Low-Noise and Low-Ripple Buck Power Module with Integrated Ferrite Bead Filter Compensation datasheet (Rev. C)

It would be very helpful if you could test it.
