LM117QML: differences with LM117H

Part Number: LM117QML

Per PDN 20230712000.3, the LM117H and LM117H/NOPB have been discontinued with a last time buy date of July 12, 2024.  Per the LM117QML product page and datasheet, the LM117H/883 is still active.  What is the difference between LM117H and LM117H/883?  The only difference I see is the operating temperature range.  The LM117H has an operating temperature range of -55C to +150C while the LM117H/883 has an operating temperature range of -55C to +125C.  Are these the same die?  Are they manufactured on the same production line?  If the LM117H and LM117H/NOPB are being discontinued, is the LM117H/883 soon to be discontinued?  Thanks.
