BQ25756: MPPT

Dear Team,

I am designing an MPPT converter for the specification of,

Pannel input voltage: 12V to 16.8V

MPPT output voltage: 16.8V@0.96A

I have found a solution from TI with BQ25756 but, my end application is aerospace Low Earth Orbit (LEO).

1. Is there any equivalent IC for aerospace application in this series?

2. Can you suggest any MPPT solution for aerospace application.

Hi Karthik,

The BQ25756 is not radiation hardened. I am unaware of what other requirements there are for low earth orbit applications, please let me know. We have MPPT solutions but not specifically one for aerospace applications.

I understood right now there is no existing MPPT solution for aerospace application, but can you please suggest any solution for military application.
