    Hi Vaidehi,

    I apologize for the late reply.

    LMZ10505 is a very old (and large) device. We unfortunately don’t have MTBF/FIT rate values available for it.

    Also, we have much better and more recent alternatives in case you are working on a new design. Please check if TPSM82866A would work instead for your application.
