BQ40Z80: Part recommendations for my application

Hello, 

I am currently using the BQ40Z80 for my application but am wondering if there are any other chips I should look into given the following design requirements.

• 4S pack
• Balancing required
• SOC gauging required
• Integrated high side MOSFET drivers for pack protection
• Programable cell chemistry (All lithium based cells supported, Sodium based cells, depends on end user requirements..)
• Semifrequent charge/discharge cycles with varying depth of discharge.

Also, is the BQ40Z80 capable of supporting a Sodium cell chemistry? If so what are the key registers that should be changed?
