Hi Huu-Nhan,

NDA means Non-Disclosure-Agreement.
It a contract you sign with Texas Instruments to confirm that no sensitive documents are handed to third parties that are provided under disclosure.
So it means you are not allowed to share the unencrypted model with other companies.

Huu-Nhan,

Unfortunately I have no experience with contract management.
I would recommend to check with the legal department of your company if there are any active non-disclosure contracts with Texas Instruments.

If there is no contract yet, they would need to get it touch with a TI Sales contact and set something up.
This may take a few days.

In the meantime you would have to work with PSpice for TI instead.
