TPS25751: Unable to configure TPS25751

Part Number: TPS25751

 I am using the TPS25751 Pd chip along with converters. To configure the PD chip, I am using the application customization tool. However, when I am flashing the configuration to my hardware, it is showing that the hardware is not connected, even though it is connected. Kindly suggest any other means by which I can configure the PD chip or resolve this issue.

    Thank you for reaching out!

    Please make sure to install the latest cloud agent, if prompted by the GUI. If latest version is installed, then you could try the following: 

    1- Go to "Options" --> "Serial Port Settings.."

    2- Make sure the correct COM port is selected.
