As the title says I am looking for a step-up converter which can boost my 5V input up to 35V for a capacitive touch driver which has a maximum current consumption of 150mA.
My current design contains a step-up converter which is able to do this but has a overshoot of 41V at it's SW pin during start-up which exceeds its absolute maximum rating of 38V. Also the current chip is operating close to its absolute maximum rating for its SW pin which is 38V and it continuously operates at 35V.
Therefore I am looking for a step-up converter which can boost up to 35V from a 5V input, has a switching frequency preferably of ~1MHz and has a absolute maximum rating of >45V for its SW pin so that it does not operate too close to its maximum rating.
I would appreciate any help.
