The output is floating and can be referenced to any point you define. this makes it easy to create the -5V measured from GNDS to VCC. However, since the GND references are defined differently from primary to secondary, you will not be able to connect GNDP to VCC the way you are showing in your drawing. If you leave the isolation in tact and redefine VCC to some other reference point, you can achieve an isolated 5V to -5V.
