BQ33100 measures capacitance and ESR of capacitor

Hello!everybody:

I have one set of bq33100evm-001 and ev2300 demo board,I want to use them and test the capacitance and ESR of the super capacitor,but I don't konw to operate,Would everybody get me the operation process in details?thanks a lot!

Super capacitor stack：120F/2.3V,ESR(at DC)0.080Ω/cell,by 5S=24F

When the communaction of bq33100EVSW software shown ok,I clicked the start autocycle button on autocycle tool,then it pop-up a error hint(find attched file),please help to check the reason3683.bq33100 question.rar

Hi Mac,

I wasn't even aware that the autocycle feature was available for the bq33100! It was not intended to be available, since cycling of supercaps makes no sense in the context of battery cycling. Sorry for this oversight.
