LMG1020: In that gate driver IC ,the mentioned gate is AND or NAND gate.

Part Number: LMG1020

In the LMG1020 gate driver ic figure there is an AND gate present, but in the application note of LMG1020 NAND gate is present in the gate driver figure. According to both figures which one is correct or is there any difference between them?  As per the below-mentioned figures which one is correct?

  • Hi Mettu,

Thank you for your interest in LMG1020.

The NAND gate figure is the correct figure, but the AND gate figure was made as a way to show that there are different factors that will shape your outputs. I recommend referencing the truth table; it is under section 7.4 of the datasheet and it should help with understanding device output based on input states.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Thanks,

    Zihao
