Part Number: UCC5320

我通过UCC5320来产生-10/25V电压来驱动我的MOS管，同时我需要一个开关来控制驱动IC输出到MOS管的通断。我想知道是否有符合我需求的开关？或者说可以通过更换栅极驱动IC来实现我的需求。

You need a gate driver and also a series switch between the gate driver and the MOSFET? What is the required purpose for this second switch?

You can use the UCC5320 to drive a MOSFET directly.

因为UCC5320只能输出HIGH或者LOW电平，不能输出一个HIGH-Z来关闭栅极驱动到mosfet的回路

It sounds like you need a tri-state buffer. There is not a gate driver in our portfolio designed for this purpose. The split output UCC5320S does have two outputs that operate in open drain configuration. Maybe this is useful. Your current implementation is likely a good option.
