TPS65911: The size of solder balls are different for part number PS659118A2ZRC

Hello,

We purchased the parts of PS659118A2ZRC from Rochester, and under the X-RAY, the sizes of solder balls are different. While the appearance is not noticeable

Pls check the below picture for details.

Could you help to suggest the reason for this, and is it normal?

    Hi Suri,

    There is a lead ball inspection step in the production process, so these should be within the tolerance of the inspection. 

    Also, I notice the date code on the device indicates it was manufactured in 2018.
