TL494: Need help confirm schematics

Please confirm the schematics, TL494 is used in CC/CV Charger controller (for Super Cap or Battery), VIN 9V ~ 36V / Vo 5.1V (Super Cap.) Vo 4.2V (Battery) / Io 1A

Hi,

- The below connection is floating, needs to add where x to connect

- When RCL1 reaches about 5.1V x R3542/(R3541+R3542), Q27 turns off. INC2- = +5.1V, > INC2+, CMPEN = high based on Section 9.2 diagram. As your schematics does not show where "X" is connected, not able to see how the CC is achieved.

- IN1+ is open, so also not sure how the CV is achieved.
