Please share a bqstudio log file of the EOS bit not functioning as expected.
Please provide more information about the system what type of battery is the customer using?
What is the pack configuration?
When does the customer expect the EOS bit to flip?
You mentioned the voltage drops to 0V, can you further explain this?
You said you have not programmed the chemistry because it is not required for eos mode, what do you mean by this?
Can you additionally share the .srec file so I may view private parameters.
