TPS2HCS10-Q1: TPS2HCS10-Q1: Sleep Current

Part Number: TPS2HCS10-Q1

Hello Ti

68Qtys of  TPS2HCS10-Q1 are mounted on our  PCB board.

I measured the sleep current, Total Current of all of  TPS2HCS10-Q1s is 1.2mA at Bat terminal, so Sleep Current per IC is 1.2mA/68Qtys= 17uA.

IVDD per IC is 1.0/68Qtys= 14uA, and IBB per IC is 0.2/68Qty=3uA. Sleep Current is higher than described in Datasheet. Could you let me know any my mistake  and  hint for reducing Sleep Current.

Sleep Current measurment secquence is as below.

MCU send Sleep Cmd=> ICs are Go to Sleep and SPI Comm OFF => MCU Power (3.3V) off by PMIC => Mearse the IBat and IVDD(3.3V Alaway On).

One more thing  At the State of ICs are sleep mode and MCU ON, IVDD is 0.6mA but after MCU power off IVDD is increaed to 1mA.

VDD power supplied by seperated Requlator(TPS70933Q)
