LM5157: Vout:30V; Iout:6A condition

Hi Team,

My requirement is that the input voltage is 16V and needs to be converted into an output voltage of 30V/6A. Have any suggestions?

    Hi Kevin,

    Thanks for using the e2e forum.

    For a boost design with 180W output power, I would recommend a synchronous Boost controller, which uses a high side switch instead of a diode to increase efficiency at higher load.
    A suitable part for this would be LM5123.
    You can take a look at the EVM board for reference, which is design for similar specs but lower output power.
