BQ34Z100-G1: How to convert CC Gain from Hex to Float

Hello,

After calibrate the BQ34Z100-G1 with bqStudio, I can have the CC Gain in Hex and in float like below:         

CC Gain Hex is 0x85152F25

CC Gain float is 0.256

How to convert the CC Gain Hex to Float?

I try to use Floating point conversion. But I find the the 0x85152F25 => 18.6480197906.
