I encountered a communication failure between the bq78350-r1a, AFE, and MCU, affecting both I2C and SMBus. We conducted tests and found no physical or electrical damage on the PCB. Moreover, after replacing the New IC, the board is functioning fine.
In this case, can I obtain a Black Box Recorder for the IC to conduct RCA?
