Hi,

I want to use your UC3625 motor control IC to excite 6 isolated IGBT driver and eventually to drive High Voltage IGBTs.

IGBT specs may be : IC25 = 225 A VCES = 600 V VCE(sat) typ.= 2.0 V

IGBT Isolated Driver ACPL 332J

Motor will be a high voltage one, not certain but it will be over 300V 15Amps

 

Could you provide me a design note which includes your motor controller UC3625 ? I've already checked your ANs on the product page but they do not enclose a general design. Maybe if you have a sketch up with fet or igbt drivers and hall sensors tied together.

    We do not have any motor design experts here so there is no one qualified to answer your request for a design. If you have problems with the IC behavor then we would be able to help.

    The only design help that could be available is that which is in the product folder for the IC.
