Hello,I am looking for different package of BQ27Z746,Since this is a BGA package and we will have to use pad on Via.
Searched for a different package variant, is it available ?
Since our product goes for Large volume production ,increase pcb fab cost due to blind vias etc.Is there an ideal replacement part for BQ27Z746 with a QFN package.
