Hi experts,
Good day!
Does UCC28881 do HTRB or H3TRB test? If not, how to evaluate the reliability of internal high voltage Mosfet? Thanks!

Hello,
Thanks for reaching out, I am asking internally about your request. I will get back to you soon.
Hi Victoria,
I am contacting a product engineer who can help us providing good information for this. I will be back to you on Monday. Thanks for your patience.
Thank you
HI Victoria,
I have confirmed with our experts that HTRB test conditions was covered under HTOL which UCC28881 was tested under.
Hi Claire,
Thanks for check. HTOL is a qualification which is included by most of TI devices. In HTRB test, a VDS ramp test, as the drain-source voltage is stepped from a low voltage to a voltage that’s higher than the rated maximum drain-source voltage. Customer wants to know the specific test condition for UCC28881 to ensure 700V voltage rating. Thanks!

Hi Victoria,
What topology are you looking to use UCC28881 for? Buck? Flyback?
Can you give us more info on what specific test conditions you would like to know?(what type of specs?)
We guarantee datasheet specs for UCC28881 purchased from us. Quality, reliability, packaging info can be found here.
Claire,
For Flyback. Customer is wondering the safety certification to ensure the internal Mosfet could bear 700V voltage rating. They are curious and strict about component evaluation.
what specific test conditions you would like to know?
For example, what is the maximum drain-source voltage applied to the internal Mosfet? And unfortunately I'm not quite familiar with the test procedure, I don't know whether there are other more specific test condition. If you team could provide this info, it will be very helpful.
