How long does the runtime bist and the boot bist take?
Are they performing the same routines, LBIST and ABIST? according to the datasheet ABIST and LBIST run in parallel, which means that the longest time it takes to complete is the max LBIST time as this is the longer one. can you confirm this?

The for BOOT BIST outlined in the data sheet in section 8.4.1.4 and section 7.13
For Runtime BIST, it is recommended for software to wait for the BIST_PASS_INT or BIST_FAIL_INT to trigger. If other interrupts are cleared beforehand, and these two are unmasked, then they will cause the nINT pin to go low.
RUNTIME BIST is just performing ABIST and LBIST. Before sending the RUNTIME BIST command, make sure to execute these steps highlighted in the PMIC data sheet:
