TPS22948: IEC 61000-4-2 compliance for HDMI application

Hi everybody,

I would like to know if the TPS22948 is compliant with the IEC 61000-4-2 level 4 ESD standard (air sourge: 15 kV, contact sourge: 8 kV).

I can't find this information in both the datasheet and the SNVA412C ("How to Meet the HDMI 5V Source Requirement") application note.
