Hello,
Would it possible to get the GERBER files for this evaluation board?
If the eGan transistor has a Source Sense pin, is there a recommended layout?
Thanks
Horacio

Hey Horacio,
With your permission, I can send you the gerber files to your email you used to create the account.
The SS pin can be connected to the low side of the capacitor used for the BP5L and BP5H in order to sense the correct grounding for the gate signal.
Thanks,
Daniel
Hi Daniel,
Yes, please send the Gerber files to my email.
Is there any power up requirements for this device/eval board?
Specifically, the TPS7H6003’s VIN pin with respect to the High voltage connected to the external eGan transistors?
We bought the evaluation board already; I noticed that the top silkscreen has a GND symbol inside the HO symbol. But in reality, this pin is actually connected to the ASW net.
This could create a potential problem if someone connects a scope’s GND wire to this pin.
Thanks for the quick response.
Horacio
Hey Horacio,
There aren't power up requirements, though please do check the user's guide for ratings of the inputs and such:

Looking at the silkscreen, I can understand the confusion about the GND of the test point being relative to ASW.
Thanks,
Daniel
