BQ76952: DSG issues for high side N-FET

Hello,

We are using the BQ76952 in manual mode and controlling some high-side N-fets for our design. The CHG gate is working as expected by idling at Pack+ then activating to Pack+11V. However, our DSG gate idles at 0V then activates to Pack+. We can't seem to find where we went wrong. Can you help point us in the right direction?
